The Midland Welsh Pony & Cob Association
Middle England, Your First Port Of Call
The Central Counties of England, commonly known as the Midlands, boasts a wealth of pony and cob breeders, and visitors from at home and abroad are invited to visit us and share in our beautiful ponies and cobs. Some studs have been in existence for generations whilst others are newly formed on the best of bloodlines.
Foreign visitors are welcome to stay at top class local B&B or hotel accommodation, or to stay at one of our accommodating Studs, and to visit a number of studs in the area , either accompanied or on their own.
Should you wish to visit one of the top events in the area during the year, we can arrange tickets, for example, the prestigious Horse of The Year Show at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham.
We are well served by Birmingham and East Midlands Airports as well as major motorway networks which makes a journey into the Central/Midland Counties a very easy and enjoyable experience.
